Pray With Us

Your support is always appreciated, especially when given through prayer.

Latest news – our workers Petra and Adam from Label of Love started back in school each Tuesday from early October providing 1:1 mentoring support to specific students nominated by the school.  By November, at the request of the school they had started a group for Year 7/8 students focussed on emotional wellbeing support, the transition to high school, making friendships etc.  They had also started a lunchtime club for those students who would benefit from somewhere safe to go, with game, life questions, challenge activities etc

Christmas ‘21 update – Adam and Petra were asked by the school to prepare and film a Christmas assembly for all students to watch during their tutor time.  In the video they talk about God becoming unmasked, vulnerable, open before us and that we can unmask ourselves before Him.  Watch the video at www.youtube.com/watch?v=73-pjGXCBYc

We give thanks for:

  • Continued really positive relationships with senior staff.
  • A successful transition week in August for students starting at the school in year 7, which Petra and Adam were invited to take part in.
  • Petra and Adam being able to get back into school at the start of this autumn term.
  • Further opportunities to support school opening up as the term has progressed.
