Things that make you go “hmm…”
Big Questions is HCYT’s new lunchtime group at South Hunsley School. Aimed at Sixth Formers, the group’s main focus is to explore some of those “big questions” concerning life, the Universe, and everything, and unpack them in a relaxed conversation-style setting.
Students are invited to come of their own accord, bring their lunch, their friends, and their opinions, and have a chat about the world and everything that is happening in it.
This is an opportunity to voice their views, but also to hear opinions from other people in their classes and, hopefully, widen their lens on the world we live in by the end of the year.
The group will meet twice a week, 12.30-1.30, in the Meeting Room (nicknamed the Fish Bowl) in the sixth form common room. The sixth formers are welcome to come both times if they like, or just once if they prefer! Free biscuits are on offer.
Big Questions launches Tuesday 26th September, 12.30, in the Fish Bowl (Common Room). Come along and let’s have a chat.
